I've worked at Vancouver Film Studios since 2001 and a colleague in the know told me today that it's about 90 percent certain that next season will be the last for the Winchester boys. He's always got the scoop on everything that goes on in Vancouver so I totally believe him. He said that the network had been looking to end it but wanted to give the actors the final say. My friend said that it's Jared who's ready to throw in the towel. Jared claims the stress from the filming schedule adversely affects his health. I was Googling to see if there were any other stories like this one when what popped up but a Datalounge thread!
I guess we'll see. I'm not really a big fan of the series but the news surprised me.
